JavaScript Job: Lead Frontend Engineer

For a very creative and technology-focused company in Zurich we are looking for a Frontend lead to join their international team and cool office.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Taking part to the development and optimization of the client website, online shop and mobile app
• Working together with designers to ensure high-quality standards and brand consistency.
• Cloud-based integration of internal application and SaaS platforms
• Help identify areas of improvements in the code base
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers

Requirements:

• 
  Completed a higher education degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies
• Demonstrated experience of 6+ years in development
• Previous experience as a Lead would be a plus
• Proficiency with JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive layouts
• Solid expertise with Angular (11+), AngularJS (1.x) and SCSS
• Experience working with RESTful APIs Familiar with User Experience optimization
• Knowledge of OpenShift or AWS
• Passion for simple and intuitive User Experience
• Very good communication skills in English. German would be a plus.
